WHAT IS NEEDED TO OBTAIN THE DRONES PILOT LICENSE?

If you want to complete your training, you may have an actual official medical certificate. If you are going to fly drones with a maximum weight of no more than 25 kg, a LAPL medical certificate will suffice; If you intend to pilot RPAs with a mass greater than 25 kg it is necessary that you obtain the medical certificate of class 2.

If you have doubts about where to obtain the medical certificate for drone courses, our advisors will be happy to guide you so you can find the one closest to your city.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO WORK FLYING DRONES?

Currently, as established by Royal Decree 1036/2017 of December 30, to work with drones, the following points are required:

Obtain the drone pilot license in an ATO pilot school approved by the State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA)
Have a civil liability insurance
Have a medical certificate (according to the weight of the drone) in force
Obtain authorisation as a drone operator (for freelance pilots)
Obtain the specialisation for the type of drone that you will be piloting
